Dr Eddy Zitha

Dr Eddy Zitha is a Consultant Dermatologist, Research Scientist, and Clinical Academic in the Division of Dermatology, Department of Medicine, Faculty of Health Sciences, University of Cape Town. He serves as Co-Convenor of the Undergraduate Dermatology Programme and Convenor of the Dermatology Short Course, and is actively involved in the development of the University's new Dermatology Diploma Programme. Dr Zitha is currently completing his PhD at the University of Cape Town, where his research focuses on psychodermatology, with particular emphasis on the long-term psychological and quality-of-life outcomes of severe cutaneous adverse drug reactions.
